The Dine-in Experience
After three years of perfecting japanese ramen from his own kitchen, Chef Nellz launched Bowl & Broth Society — an intimate home-based ramen shop, reservation-only dining experience built from passion, patience, and bold flavor.
What began as a personal mission to master the art of broth turned into a movement: serving soulful, small-batch ramen to a tight-knit community of food lovers. Operating out of his apartment in Little Elm, Texas, Nellz’s four-seat ramen bar strips away the noise of traditional dining and brings the focus back to flavor, conversation, and intentional living.
Bowl & Broth Society isn’t just a meal — it’s a ritual. Rooted in seasonal ingredients, hip-hop spirit, and flavorful creativity, every course tells a story. And every guest becomes part of the Society.

Our Story
It all began with one magical bowl of ramen. The moment I took that first slurp—BOOM—flavor fireworks. I was hooked. From that day on, I dove headfirst into the delicious world of broth, noodles, and bold toppings, determined to master the art of ramen.
And just like that, Bowl & Broth Society was born—my way of sharing those mind-blowing flavors with the world. We’re here to serve up joy, one steamy, slurp-worthy bowl at a time. Because here’s the thing: no two bowls are ever the same. Each one’s a flavor adventure of its own.
