Ramen FAQ | How Preordering Works | Bowl & Broth Society

We’ve answered some of the most common questions about how Bowl & Broth Society works—from our preorder system and weekly drops to pickup details and what to expect from your experience.

As a small-batch, chef-driven ramen concept serving Little Elm, Frisco, Plano, and surrounding areas, our process is designed to deliver quality, intention, and consistency with every order.

Orders typically open every Sunday and remain open until Thursday or until we sell out.

No worries — simply subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when the next drop opens.

Pickup details including the address and pickup window will be provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

We provide a 2-hour pickup window.
If you arrive after your window, we cannot guarantee the quality of your order and refunds may not be available.

Pickup is the primary option.
Delivery may be available in select cases and may include an additional fee.

Orders may be cancelled before the preorder cutoff time. After the ordering window closes, ingredients are already being prepared and cancellations may not be possible.

We do our best to provide clear ingredient information.
However, due to the nature of our kitchen, we may have limited ability to accommodate special dietary requests.

Because Bowl & Broth Society is a small boutique kitchen, we use a preorder system to plan each weekly drop in advance.

Preorders allow us to purchase ingredients intentionally, prep in small batches, reduce unnecessary waste, and give every order the care it deserves. It also helps us create a more complete experience for our guests instead of operating like a high-volume restaurant.

In short, preordering helps us protect the quality, flow, and experience behind every drop.

Because our menus are built around weekly drops and limited production. This structure allows us to stay focused on quality, freshness, and consistency.

Preorders open and close within our weekly schedule. Once ordering closes, we begin final purchasing and preparation for that drop.

We believe great food experiences take planning. Our preorder model supports a more intentional kitchen, better ingredients, and a stronger overall experience for every guest.
